Nothing new. Life and stuff.

Not too much going on lately. Just the usual hustle and bustle of life, and since I haven't won the lottery yet it's the usual struggle to make ends meet. I've learned to avoid VH1 and the Lifestyles of the Rich and shameless, because it just makes me sick to see how they live. Jealous, yes that too, but also mostly sick.

I got an email from a friend in Korea. They're looking for an ESL teacher. For one second I thought, hmmm. But then I remembered how ready I was to get away from there and how I like my life here. Nope not the right timing.

It's funny how timing sets the course of my life. So many good options, and opportunities, but really if the timing isn't right then they turn into bad situations if I force them. I've learned to wait until doors are wide open, with nothing blocking them and then just walk on through. Now I know that goes against the "be strong, fight for what you want" attitude of American Society, but man that makes me tired. I suppose if it's something I really want, I do fight. But usually if I really want something a door opens eventually. So I've learned to rest. Sue me.
